How does delivery and placement work in Hershey?
Many Hershey weddings happen at barns and farm venues on gravel lanes off Route 743 and Route 322. Our truck handles gravel fine, but restroom trailers need a level pad and a dedicated outlet. Downtown Hershey has tidy lawns and tight side yards, so a standard unit beside the garage works best. Summer traffic around the park slows every route. We plan Hershey drop-offs before 10 am when possible, and we pick up after the crowds thin out.

Can you deliver a restroom trailer to a Hershey wedding venue?
Yes. A 2-stall restroom trailer serves about 150 Hershey wedding guests and starts from $1,195 per event. The site needs a dedicated 110V, 20-amp outlet within about 100 feet and level ground. A fresh-water tank option covers venues without a hose.
Book trailers early for May through October Saturdays. Hershey wedding season fills our trailer calendar fast.
Will park traffic delay my Hershey delivery?
Usually not, because we plan around it. Hershey deliveries go out before 10 am on summer days when possible. Same-day orders placed by noon still get there, though the time window may run later. Call by noon Mon–Sat to get on the route.
If your venue is on Hersheypark Drive, tell us about any concert that night. We avoid those hours.
How many units for a Hershey backyard party?
One standard unit covers about 50 guests for four hours. A Hershey party of 100 needs two units, plus one handwashing station near the food table. Event units start from $165 for a Friday-to-Monday weekend, and the delivery fee covers every unit on the order.
Add a unit if beer or lemonade flows all day. Drinks raise restroom use more than head count does.
What does a typical Hershey rental include?
A typical barn wedding near Hershey hosts 150 guests for six hours. We deliver a 2-stall restroom trailer on Friday, set the trailer near the barn outlet and level the trailer on gravel. One handwashing station sits by the bar. Pickup is Monday, with no weekend surcharge.

Family reunion in Hummelstown
A family reunion of 80 people fills a Hummelstown backyard on a Saturday. One standard unit, one deluxe flushing unit and one handwashing station cover the day. The family pays one delivery fee for all three. Our driver sets them on the flat side of the lot, away from the creek.
Home addition in Palmdale
A contractor adds a two-story addition to a Palmdale home over ten weeks. One standard unit sits at the end of the driveway, angled away from the street. Weekly service runs every Wednesday. The owner pays from $155 per 28-day cycle, and billing stops the day the contractor calls.

Porta potty questions from Hershey
Do you deliver to Hummelstown and Palmyra from the Hershey route?
Yes. Hummelstown, Palmyra, Campbelltown and Union Deposit all ride the same truck route as Hershey. Same-day delivery applies when you call by noon Mon–Sat. A single delivery and pickup charge covers the full Hershey-area order, no matter how many units ride along.
Is a deluxe flushing unit worth it for a Hershey garden party?
For a dressy Hershey garden party, yes. The deluxe flushing unit has a foot-pump flush, a sink and a mirror, and starts from $245 per event. Guests in heels also like the solid, level floor. Plan one deluxe unit per 40 guests.
Can you place a unit in a Derry Township park?
Often, yes, but the township decides. Derry Township Parks and Recreation sets the rules for pavilions and fields. Get their okay first, then send us the pavilion name. We drop the unit at the spot they approve.
Do you bring a wheelchair-accessible unit for Hershey reunions?
Yes. Many Hershey family reunions include grandparents who need extra room. Our wheelchair-accessible unit starts from $215 per event and has grab bars and a ground-level floor. Set the unit on flat lawn or pavement close to the main tent.
What if guests leave early and I want the unit gone sooner?
Call us and we pick up the unit on the next open route. Event pricing covers up to three days or a Friday-to-Monday weekend. Early pickup does not raise the price, and it frees your lawn sooner for Sunday plans.
