When should I book seasonal porta potties?

Book seasonal porta potties by February for an April opening day in Lancaster County. Youth sports leagues, swim clubs and township parks all start within the same few weeks, so March delivery routes fill up. Early booking also lets us set a service day that avoids your busiest game day.

Fall-only setups (soccer, corn mazes, pumpkin patches) should book by early August.

How many units does a ballfield complex need?

A ballfield complex needs 1 standard unit per active field plus 1 wheelchair-accessible unit near the main path. A 4-field complex with weekend tournaments needs 4 standard units, 1 accessible unit and 1 handwashing station by the concession stand, with a second weekly service during tournament weeks.

Spectators outnumber players 3 to 1 on tournament days. Plan for the crowd, not the roster.

Can seasonal units stay through winter?

Yes. Seasonal units can stay through winter for trailheads, boat launches, sledding hills and year-round parks. We treat the tank against freezing and keep the weekly service. Many parks cut to every-other-week service in January and February when use drops.

Ice storms can delay service by a day. We catch up as soon as roads clear.

Pro tip

Pick a service day that falls right before your busiest game day. A unit pumped on Friday is fresh for Saturday tournaments.

Seasonal porta potty rental FAQs

Can you lock the units at night?

Yes. We add a hasp and you supply the lock and the code for our driver.

What about vandalism at parks?

Place units in lit, visible spots. Tipped or damaged units are cleaned up fast; vandalism damage is billed at repair cost.

Do you anchor units in windy spots?

Yes. We stake or strap units in open fields and on hilltops on request.

Can I get pink or green units for a park?

Ask when you book. Color choices are limited and go first come, first served.

Do you bill the township directly?

Yes. We invoice municipalities, schools and leagues and accept tax-exempt certificates.
