What is the difference between a VIP suite and a restroom trailer?
A VIP single-suite trailer has one private room for one person at a time, built like a small home bathroom. A standard restroom trailer has 2 or 3 stalls for many guests. The VIP suite serves about 25 to 40 people, so it is a private extra, not the main restroom for a large crowd.

The white flushing cabin is a sturdier, house-like single unit with a flush toilet and a sink. It suits estate weddings and long rentals where looks matter.

Who rents a VIP restroom?
Brides and grooms rent a VIP suite so the wedding party has a private room to change and freshen up. Corporate hosts rent one for executives or performers. Estate owners rent the white flushing cabin when a standard unit would look out of place in photos.
Most VIP orders pair the suite with a 2-stall trailer or standard units for the rest of the guests.

Call (717) 210-4414Do VIP restroom units need power?
The VIP single-suite trailer needs a dedicated 110-volt, 20-amp outlet for lights and climate control. The white flushing cabin can run without power for basic use. Both need level ground and a clear path for delivery.
If power is far from the spot, tell us. Extension runs over 100 feet can cause voltage drop, so we may suggest a generator.
How far ahead should I book a VIP unit?
Book a VIP unit 1 to 3 months ahead for a May to October Saturday in Lancaster County. Fewer VIP units exist than standard units, so popular dates go first. Holds are free to cancel up to 24 hours before delivery.
Off-season and weekday events can often be booked 1 to 2 weeks ahead.
Want restrooms that look good in wedding photos? The VIP suite and the white flushing cabin look like small buildings, not porta potties, and cost less than a large trailer.
VIP & luxury units FAQs
Can guests use the VIP suite too?
Yes, but it serves one person at a time. For more than about 40 people, add a trailer or standard units.
Is there running water in the VIP suite?
Yes. The vanity sink runs off a hose hookup or the onboard tank.
Can the VIP suite go on a lawn?
Yes, on firm, level lawn with truck access. We avoid soft ground after heavy rain.
Do you supply towels and soap?
Yes. Paper towels, soap, toilet paper and a trash can are included.
Is the VIP suite wheelchair-accessible?
No. The suite has steps. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit on level ground nearby.
