How does monthly porta potty billing work?

Monthly porta potty rentals are billed every 28 days, not by calendar month, so there are 13 billing cycles in a year. Each 28-day cycle includes 4 weekly services. The first cycle is the minimum. After that, billing stops the day you call for pickup.

Going one week past 28 days does not trigger a full second cycle. After the first cycle, extra time bills by the week.

How often are long-term units serviced?

Long-term porta potties are serviced once a week on a fixed day. Each visit pumps the tank, scrubs and sanitizes the inside, and restocks paper and sanitizer. Sites with more than 10 users per unit, or hot summer weeks, may need a second weekly service at an added cost.

Missed a service, or the unit smells before service day? Call us. We send a truck within 1 business day.

Can I add or remove units during a long rental?

Yes. Add units when the crew grows and remove units when phases finish. Added units ride on the next route through your area, often the same week. Each unit bills from its own drop date, and removed units stop billing the day you call.

Schools, churches and parks often keep 1 unit year-round and add units for summer programs.

Pro tip

Splitting the cost with a homeowner, tenant or GC? Tell us who pays. We send the invoice to whoever you name and can split it on request.
