Privacy Policy
Craig Rental Works collects only what we need to quote and deliver your rental: ZIP, phone, dates, unit type, quantity and head count. We never sell your information, and we use your phone number only for your quote and rental.

What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect your delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count, plus the page you sent it from. When you call, we may record the call for quality and training. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Payment terms are in our rental terms.
How form data is handled
Quote form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to our business email. We use the information only to prepare your quote and arrange your rental. You can also skip the form and call us directly.
Analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to count page visits, phone-button taps, ZIP checks and form submissions. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with our drivers to complete your delivery, and with payment processors when you pay.
Retention
We keep quote and rental records for up to 3 years for billing and tax purposes, then delete them.
