How does delivery and placement work in Mount Joy?
Downtown Mount Joy has brick row homes along Main Street with rear alleys and small back yards. We use the alley side when a garage pad is free. Newer developments in Mount Joy Township and Florin often have HOA rules, so we place units beside the garage. Farms toward Maytown and Donegal Springs have gravel lanes and some hills. In winter, we need the lane plowed and a flat spot clear of ice.

Where can a unit go for a downtown Mount Joy event?
Most downtown Mount Joy events use a church lot, a business lot or an alley pad. Main Street is PA 230, so the curb is off-limits for units. A rear lot off an alley gives our truck room and keeps units out of foot traffic.
Ask Mount Joy Borough about any street closing. Then send us the approved spot.
How many units does a 25-worker crew need?
OSHA calls for at least 2 units once a crew passes 20 workers. Most Mount Joy builders with 25 workers rent 2 standard units and 1 handwashing station. That setup starts at about $405 per 28-day cycle with weekly service.
Larger warehouse jobs along Route 283 may need a third unit. Ask us to size by crew count.
Do you deliver to Marietta and Maytown?
Yes. Marietta and Maytown are about 18 to 20 miles from our yard and get same-day delivery when you call by 12 pm Mon-Sat. River-area lanes can be steep, so tell us about tight turns. Marietta's river streets are tight, so a driveway spot works best.
Friday drops for weekend parties cost nothing extra.
What does a typical Mount Joy rental include?
A builder puts up 12 townhouses in a Mount Joy Township development with a crew of 25. OSHA calls for more than 1 toilet at that size, so we place 2 standard units and 1 handwashing station. A driver pumps and restocks them every week. Units start at $155 per 28-day cycle.
